I come here as often as once a week to be honest. My favorite al pastor tacos in the city. The service is 100000% top notch. The girl that's usually there on Saturdays is so nice and always friendly. She even remembers our order. I crave this place all the time. Literally. Go here. I even get tacos in atlanta and still prefer here.

This place is a GEM! Being a Hispanic person I can say the flavor / presentation of the food was unbeatable! I got the madre taco and pollo loco it was delicious! We also got chips with some queso, guacamole, chorizo queso and spicy salsa. Not pictured a tasty burrito. If you’re from Augusta or visiting THIS is the place to go for some incredible food, atmosphere, and great service. Can’t wait to go back !!

So good!!! From the atmosphere, the music, the diverse menu, to the decorating we really enjoyed the experience at Taco Madre. The staff were all very welcoming and the food was amazing with really fresh ingredients. We will definitely be back because there are so many food options to choose from.

A few days ago we were passing through Augusta on a road trip and decided to stop at this taco shop. Super cute decor inside and plenty of space for seating, which is always a major plus in my book! Everyone was really friendly and helpful if we had questions about the menu. The food, like the decor, was very well put together - perfect informal lunch or dinner spot! I had the ground beef nachos, a side of the elote and a horchata. All were delicious and hit the spot! My portions were perfectly fine, even had some leftover to take with me. Definitely will be coming back next time we drive through Augusta!

Every visit is consistently delicious! This place makes the best elote (corn with mayo butter and cheese) were from Chicago and this place reminds us of back home! The fresh warm salsa with the chips is amazing! We also tried the Chile poblano , fish taco and shrimp and were very pleased that we ended up ordering more Don’t forget to try their flight of Margaritas!!!! You’ll be coming back for more

The whole fam gave it 10/10 all the way around (a rare occurrence) and we felt like it was better than several local and chain Mexican/Tex-mex places. Service of all the staff members was on point and they provided excellent recommendations. Portion sizes were excellent and the environment has a nice vibe. Definitely give it and recommend considering them for a quick tasty dinner or lunch when shopping at the mall.

Taco Madre fully exceeded my expectations! The host was alert and immediately greeted me when I walked in, he also asked me was it my first time and clearly explained all of the options that were available to me as a vegan. I am so happy to have found a taco spot that serves more than bean burritos for vegans. I had the crispy avocado taco as well as a chorizo taco both under 4 and my husband had the portobello mushroom taco with a chorizo taco, we shared the guacamole (which was sooo fresh). The chips were an experience within themselves! They were freshly baked and seasoned to perfection, paired with the salsa options from the salsa bar I have to say that everything I ate was muy bueno!!
